Yes or No Tarot
Yes or no tarot is a one-card reading on a closed question. Hold a question that takes only a yes or a no, pull a card and see which way the scales tilt.

How yes or no tarot works
Yes or no tarot is a one-card reading that follows the card's leaning. You hold a closed question, pull a single card, and its image points the tilt of the scales toward yes, toward no or toward an in-between «it depends». It is a quick format for one concrete choice, with no wide schemes or positions.
It rests on the honesty of the question. The deck answers exactly what you ask, and half of the result already sits in the wording. The cleaner the question, the clearer the card's tilt.
How to word the question
A yes or no question has to be closed and about a single thing. «Should I message first?» works, it has a clear yes and no. «What lies ahead for me?» comes out weak, one card will not answer it in a word and that calls for a full spread.
Keep the focus on yourself as well. About your own steps and mood the card speaks firmly, and about other people's choices it answers in fog, since the deck does not pick for them. Ask «is it worth my making the first move» and the tilt comes out cleaner.
Which cards mean yes and no
Every tarot card carries its own leaning toward yes or no. Toward a yes pull the bright, forward-moving arcana: the Sun, the Star, the World, the Chariot, the aces and the Ten of Cups. Toward a no weigh the heavy ones: the Tower, the Devil, the Three and Ten of Swords, the Five of Pentacles.
There is a third answer as well. The Moon, the Two of Swords and Justice reply «it depends», asking you to sharpen the question or to wait. In the deck far from everything splits into black and white, and that reply is more honest than a flat verdict.
When one card is not enough
One card answers the «what» and not the «why». If behind the tilt of the scales you want the cause, what pushes toward yes, what gets in the way, how it ends, you need a spread of several cards with positions: past, obstacle, advice and outcome.
Yes or no shines when a decision is nearly ripe and only the last nudge is missing. For a tangle go wider: pull a card of the day for the general mood or read the whole deck in the Tarot section.
Honestly about the yes or no reading
The yes or no reading does not take the choice off you. The card shows the tilt and the mood of the moment, and the decision stays yours to make. We do not turn it into a sentence, even a heavy arcana here speaks of risk and caution, and the ending you write with your own actions.
Yes or no tarot is a tool for self-reflection and entertainment. It does not replace your decisions and gives no medical, legal or financial advice.
FAQ
How does yes or no tarot work?
You pull one card on a closed question and read its leaning. The Sun tilts to yes, the Tower to no, and the Moon honestly admits it does not know. That leaning is your answer.
Which tarot cards mean yes?
Yes comes from the bright, moving cards: the Sun, the Star, the World, the Chariot, the aces, the Ten of Cups. No is carried by the heavy ones, while the Moon with the Two of Swords leave an «it depends».
Can I ask the same question more than once?
Better not. Pulling cards until something pleasant appears is asking your own wish instead of the deck. One question, one card, and if the answer disappoints, the honest move is to reword it.
Is this an exact prediction?
No. One card shows a leaning and which way the scales fall. An exact run of events is not built from it, that needs a spread of several cards.
One card tilts the scales. A whole spread shows why they tilt that way.
