How do you calculate your life path number?

Add up every digit of your date of birth, the day, the month and the year, into one number. If it comes out above nine, add the digits of the result again until a single one from 1 to 9 is left. Two exceptions, 11 and 22, stay as they are. Those are master numbers.

Are the life path number and the destiny number the same thing?

Yes. Life path number, destiny number and birth number are different names for the same calculation from the full date. Keep it apart from the name number, which comes from the letters.

What are the master numbers 11 and 22?

Eleven and twenty-two do not reduce to 2 and 4. Tradition reads them as reinforced, the same character with more potential and more strain. If that height feels heavy, read them by their base, the two or the four.

Does the life path number predict the future?

No. It describes the character and the leanings you walk with rather than the events ahead. I do not prophesy fate from a date. It works as a mirror more than a calendar.

Your date reduces to a number from 1 to 9, or to a master number, 11 or 22. Behind it stands a character you walk through life with. I will work it out and explain it.

How it is calculated

You add every digit of the date of birth: day, month and year. If the sum goes above nine, you add its digits again, and so on until a single one from 1 to 9 remains. Take 7 August 1990: 7 + 8 + 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 = 34, and then 3 + 4 = 7.

Two numbers do not reduce, 11 and 22. They are called master numbers: the same character as the two and the four, with more reach and more weight inside.
