In the old dream books a fallen tooth means loss: illness, a death in the family, some misfortune already on its way. With blood it pointed to losing one of your own. Without blood, to someone further out from your circle.

Teeth turn up when you lose a support or fear losing one: control, strength, youth, the face you show people. If they crumble, you feel out of resources. If they fall painlessly, something that had run its course is leaving on its own. This dream is about the fear of loss. The loss itself has not happened.

A single tooth falls out

One specific thing is going: a tie, a role, a support you had leaned on for years. A loss with edges around it, and nothing like a collapse.

Teeth fall out without blood

Something that had already run its course is leaving, and it costs your family nothing. You are letting go of what was hanging by a thread anyway.

Teeth crumbling

You are losing your grip a little at a time. Strength or confidence is going out of you in crumbs rather than all at once.

All your teeth fall out

The fear of being left with nothing overnight: control, face, steadiness. Nine times out of ten this is worry, and worry alone.
